HubSpot

The HubSpot integration keeps your HubSpot contacts in Renotify, in real time, and turns their changes into events. It’s on the Growth plan and above.

Connect

Section titled “Connect”
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations, choose Add integration and pick HubSpot.
  2. Connect by signing in to HubSpot, or paste a private app access token (and optionally your portal ID, used to verify HubSpot’s webhooks).
  3. Map HubSpot properties to contact fields under Field mapping. Unmapped properties you choose become custom fields.

What arrives

Contacts Created and updated as they change in HubSpot, and on a regular sync.
hubspot.contact.created An event when a contact is created in HubSpot.
hubspot.contact.updated An event when a contact changes.

Use the events as automation triggers, for example a welcome message for every new HubSpot contact. Add conditions on the contact’s fields, such as their lifecycle stage, to narrow it down.
