Client workspaces
On the Agency plan, each client gets their own workspace: their own channels, contacts, automations, inbox and reports. Nothing is shared between them.
Create a client workspace
Section titled “Create a client workspace”- Go to Settings → Agency → Clients and choose New client workspace.
- Name it, and under Copy setup from choose a workspace you’ve already set up, or start empty. Copying brings its automations and tags; copied automations start as drafts.
- Open workspace to finish setting it up: connect their numbers, adjust the automations and import contacts.
- Invite the client, if they should see their own results. See Client logins.
Switch between workspaces from the menu at the top of the sidebar.
What’s shared across clients
Section titled “What’s shared across clients”- Active contacts are pooled. Your plan’s allowance covers all client workspaces together.
- One messaging balance. Clients’ messages are paid from your balance, and statements recover the cost with your markup.
- Your plan’s limits on workspaces, numbers and seats apply across all clients.
Each client can use numbers Renotify provides, or their own WhatsApp Cloud or Twilio account, connected in their workspace.
Report on every client
Section titled “Report on every client”Settings → Agency → Clients shows each client’s active contacts, messages sent and delivered, goals and spend for the period, so you can see at a glance who’s sending, what’s getting through and what it costs. Export CSV downloads it.
