Statements

On the Agency plan, Settings → Agency → Statements shows what each client workspace used in a month, at cost plus your markup.

What a statement shows

For the chosen month and client:

• messages sent, by channel, with their cost,
• active contacts,
• your markup, as a percentage, and
• the total to charge the client.

Set your markup

In Settings → Agency → Clients, choose Set statement markup on a client and enter a percentage. It’s added on top of message costs on that client’s statements; leave it empty for none. Your own bill from Renotify doesn’t change.

Share it

Clients with a login see their own statements. Or export a statement as CSV to send with your invoice.
