Your own numbers

By default Renotify provides and runs your numbers. On the Business plan you can instead connect a WhatsApp Cloud API number on your own Meta account; on the Agency plan, Twilio too, separately for each client.

Use your own numbers when you already have a WhatsApp Cloud API setup or contracts you want to keep.

Everything else, automations, the inbox, consent, reports, works the same.

  1. Go to Settings → Channels → Your own numbers (or choose Use your own provider on the Channels page).
  2. Choose WhatsApp Cloud API and enter the phone number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID and a permanent access token from your Meta app.
  3. Renotify shows a webhook URL. Register it in your Meta App Dashboard under WhatsApp → Configuration, so replies and delivery reports reach Renotify.
  4. Choose Test connection.
  1. In a client workspace, go to Settings → Channels → Your own numbers and choose Twilio.
  2. Enter the account SID, auth token and the sending number (or messaging service SID).
  3. Choose Test connection.
