Message log
Reports → Message log lists every message sent from automations, broadcasts and replies, including attempts that were never sent, so you can always see why.
Find a message
Section titled “Find a message”Search by phone number or template, and filter by status (delivered, failed, pending), provider and source (broadcasts or automations).
Message details
Section titled “Message details”Open a message to see:
- the customer, and the automation or broadcast that sent it,
- the template, category, provider and provider message ID,
- when it was sent, delivered and read,
- a preview of what the customer received,
- for a failure, the reason and fix, and the raw provider response,
- for a fallback, the channel it fell back from.
Retry sends a failed message again.
Export
Section titled “Export”Export downloads the filtered list as CSV.
