Spreadsheets and Airtable
If your customer list lives in a spreadsheet, Renotify can read it on a schedule, so new rows become contacts without exporting and importing.
| Plans | |
|---|---|
| Google Sheets, CSV and Excel upload | Every plan |
| Airtable | Growth and above |
Google Sheets
Section titled “Google Sheets”- Go to Settings → Integrations, choose Add integration and pick Google Sheets.
- Sign in with Google.
- Enter the spreadsheet ID (from its URL:
docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/{ID}/edit) and the sheet tab name (Sheet1unless yours differs). - Fetch headers reads the first row; match each column to a contact field. Other columns become custom fields.
Airtable
Section titled “Airtable”- Choose Airtable under Add integration.
- Enter a personal access token (create one at airtable.com/create/tokens), the base ID and the table name.
- Match the table’s fields to contact fields.
CSV or Excel upload
Section titled “CSV or Excel upload”Choose CSV / Excel Upload under Add integration to upload a file and match its columns, as with importing contacts. Upload a new file whenever your list changes.
How syncing works
Section titled “How syncing works”Synced integrations run hourly or daily, or only when you choose Sync. Each sync adds new rows as contacts and updates existing ones, matched by phone, your ID or email. Rows are never deleted from Renotify when they disappear from the sheet.
A column with marketing consent (yes/no) is recorded with Integration sync as its source.
